BILL 8966 <br />— An ordinance vacating and surrendering all rights and privileges for the <br />use of a tract of land being part of a 5 feet wide roadway maintenance utility and <br />sewer easement recorded in plat book 347 pages 410-411 of the St. Louis County <br />Records and being part of a tract of land described in deed to One McKnight <br />Development Company as recorded in Deed Book 11243 page 1814 and Deed Book <br />17218 page 4657 of the St. Louis CountyRecords and being situated in Section 8, <br />Township 45 north, range 6 east, University City, St. Louis County Missouri, and <br />directing that this ordinance be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. <br />Louis County, Missouri. <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr. and Ms. Brot asked about the identity of two of the Bills titles on <br />vacating land to #1 McKnight place. It was explained that the description within the <br />bill identified the difference in the bills. Mr. John Mulligan, the City’s Attorney, told <br />Ms. Brot that the title of the bills could contain the same wording but the distinction is <br />made with the bill’s definitions as the title is just a general description. <br />8. BILL 8967 <br /> — An ordinance implementing the 2007 video services providers act by <br />establishing zoning regulations for the placement of video service facilities on private <br />property and extending such regulatory authority to the placement of any utility <br />facilities on private property. <br />9. BILL 8968 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 2.62 of the University City Municipal <br />Code relating to the Police and Firefighter’s Retirement system, by repealing Section <br />2.62.051 thereof, relating to investment accounts, and enacting in lieu thereof a new <br />section to be known as “Section 2.62.051 Investment Accounts,” thereby amending <br />said section so as to clarify the method of computing credits to an employee’s <br />investment account. <br /> <br />
