They are for the following items: <br />1) Moves the U City in Bloom annual payment to Park Maintenance <br />where it is should be budgeted <br />2) Reduces expenditures in several Public Works Solid Waste <br />Management accounts to fund the one-time purchase of single <br />stream recycling carts <br />3) Moves Community Development Block Grant expenditures <br />budgeted in Police and Public Works Street Maintenance to grant <br />areas for better tracking <br />4) & 5) Due to previous budget reductions, this physically transfers a <br />custodian from Fleet Maintenance to Facilities Maintenance for <br />more flexibility in assignments, and reduces the amount the <br />General Fund must reimburse the Fleet Maintenance Fund for <br />maintenance costs. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approval. <br /> <br />
