<br />Board of Adjustment <br />April 17, 2017 Meeting Minutes <br />A Board of Adjustment meeting was held on Monday April 17, 2017 at the Heman Park <br />Community Center located at 975 Pennsylvania Ave., University City, Missouri. Approval of Minutes <br /> <br />The minutes from the February 23, 2017 Board of Adjustment meeting were approved. <br />2. Case # BOA 17-02 7026 Lindell Boulevard Variance Extension Request <br />Mr. Adam Zucker, property owner of 7026 Lindell Boulevard, requested a 180-day <br />extension of a previously approved variance (case number BOA 16-01) that was approved <br />on April 18, 2016 to maintain a side yard setback of two and five-tenths (2.5) feet in lieu of <br />five (5) feet from the western property boundary and a rear yard setback of three (3) feet in <br />lieu of five (5) feet from the southern property boundary for a proposed detached garage as <br />required by Sections 400.160.B and 400.1090.A of the Zoning Code. <br />Mr. Zucker explained that demolition of the previous garage, due to its location being on <br />two properties, as well as hiring an architect to prepare drawings for the proposed garage <br />took longer than anticipated. He stated once they finalize their construction cost and budget, <br />they would apply for building permits and move forward with the project, but it will take <br />some extra time. <br />The variance extension request was approved by a vote of five (5) to zero (0). The <br />extension was granted for 180 days, expiring on October 15, 2017. <br />3. Adjournment <br />The meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m. <br />tğŭĻ Њ ƚŅ Њ <br />
