2. BILL 8969 <br />— An ordinance of the City of University City, Missouri amending the <br />Municipal Code to provide for the licensing and regulation of news’ boxes. <br />3. BILL 8970 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 8.12 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to garbage collection and disposal, by repealing Section 8.12.220 <br />thereof, relating to delinquent bills-trash collection stopped, and enacting in lieu thereof <br />a new section to be known as “Section 8.12.220 delinquent bills-trash collection <br />stopped”, thereby amending said section so as to establish new regulations on the <br />termination of city refuse collection service; containing savings and severability clauses, <br />and providing a penalty <br />4. BILL 8971 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.010 <br />thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all times, and enacting in lieu <br />thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain <br />streets at all times,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking at all times <br />on East Park Industrial Drive for a distance of 30 feet on both sides of the entrance of <br />1011 East Industrial Park Drive and on Bartmer Industrial Ave for a distance of 30 feet <br />on both sides of the driveway property of 1011 East Industrial Park Drive; containing a <br />saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />5. BILL 8972 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.090 thereof, <br />relating to stop intersections – vehicles to stop at certain intersections, and enacting in <br />lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.090 stop intersections – <br />vehicles to stop at certain intersections” thereby amending said section so as for traffic <br />to stop on Warder Ave. at Lafon Place; containing a saving clause and providing a <br />penalty. <br />6. BILL 8973 <br />— An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal <br />Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.020 <br />thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.020 parking <br />prohibited on certain streets during designated hours,” thereby amending said section <br />so as to prohibit parking on the south side of Gannon Ave, from North and South Rd to <br />the west for a distance of 200 feet from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM Monday through Friday; <br />containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. <br />7.
