The attached ordinance will address the <br />management and enforcement of the proposed program. The Municipal Code <br />regulates public streets and sidewalks and is also where the existing regulations <br />concerning newspaper vending machines are authorized. This ordinance comes <br />to you as a staff recommendation without Plan Commission review. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval <br /> <br />
