However, in FY 07, the rating was a snapshot to give <br />guidance to the District of where they stand if it had been an accreditation year. The <br />District scored a seven (7) of the 14 standards. If it had been the accreditation year, the <br />District would be lowered to a “provisional” accreditation status. Other Districts in the <br />surrounding area received the following scores: <br /> <br />Brentwood- 14 Normandy-5 <br />Clayton-13 Parkway-13 <br />Ferguson-Florissant- 8 Pattonville-14 <br />Hazelwood-11 Ritenour-8 <br />Jennings -5 Riverview Gardens-4 <br />Ladue-14 St. Louis City-2 <br />Lindbergh-14 Webster Groves-14 <br />Maplewood-Richmond Heights-12 Wellston-N/A <br /> <br />The District then went through the various methods being used to increase the District’s <br />accreditation rating through instruction, professional development, data analysis and <br />assessment. <br /> <br />Dr. Martin <br />The School District of University City presents the Twenty-Second Annual <br />Luther King Jr. Birthday Celebration <br />this Sunday, January 20. The march will begin <br />at 3:00 PM on the front lawn of Jackson Park Elementary School followed by the <br />program at 3:30 PM in the University City High School Auditorium.
