378; containing in all 84.81 acres, more or less; recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 14 <br /> and 15 in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of St. Louis County, Missouri. <br />9.The proposed method of assessment of real property within the proposed <br />neighborhood improvement district is for the improvement cost to be assessed <br />against all property equally per front foot; except that 6801, 6901, 6925, 6939, <br />6951, 6955, 6965, and 6975 Delmar, and 809, 810, 813, and 817 Yale, are to be <br />assessed at 65% of such amount per front foot, because the sidewalks and streets <br />in front of the Delmar properties are maintained by St. Louis County and there are <br />no sidewalks in front of the Yale properties. It is estimated that the cost per front <br />foot will be $21.60 for all properties except the Delmar and Yale properties, <br />which will be $14.04. Further, properties located on a corner will be assessed <br />based only on the number of front feet on that side of the property that bears the <br />street number. <br />10.The proposed improvement is advisable, necessary and in the public interest. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the final cost of the proposed improvement <br />assessed against the real property within the proposed neighborhood improvement district <br />and the amount of any general obligation bonds issued therefor shall not, without a new <br />petition or election, exceed the $425,000 estimated cost of such improvement by more <br />than 25% or $106,250, for a total of $531,250. <br /> BE IT ADDITIONALLY RESOLVED: That the proposed neighborhood <br />improvement district is hereby established.
