EXHIBIT A <br />8.12.250 Collections and foreclosure authorized. <br /> If fees remain delinquent 60 days following the preparation and certification of a special tax <br />bill, the director of finance shall refer the matter to the city attorney for collection, including, if <br />deemed necessary by the city attorney, the initiation of foreclosure proceedings.
