our legislators. There are viable solutions that respect the Second Amendment and <br />protect our residents, students, and the public at large. The legislative update is <br />attached. <br /> <br />MoDOT’s Innovative Finance Steering Committee <br />I provided a “snapshot” from <br />(IFSC) meeting held on January 28, 2008. Senior management including Roberta <br />Broeker, Kevin Keith, and Dave Nichols constitute the IFSC. The committee provides <br />funding for economic development projects. MoDOT provides up to 50 percent cost <br />share funding of the participation costs for a project that benefits the state highway <br />system. For economic development funds, MoDOT may fund up to 100 percent of <br />participation costs for a project that creates jobs, with the exception of retail <br />development. The flyer is attached. <br /> <br />UCityUnited will host a forum on Tuesday, February 26, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM <br />U-City Schools and You <br />entitled Connecting: . The event is at the McNair Building at <br />8136 Groby Road.
