LOUIS COUNTY <br />MISSOURI FOR REDEVELOPMENT AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH UNIVERSITY <br />CITY’S NORTHEAST NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR THE BUILDING OF NEW <br />SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES <br />An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager of the City of University City, on behalf of the City <br />to accept, for the purposes of Redevelopment and in accordance with the University City’s <br />Northeast Neighborhood Plan for the building of new single-family residences, the properties <br />known as: <br />6649 Bartmer, Locator # 17H111593 <br />6637 Bartmer, Locator # 17H111551 <br />6621 Bartmer, Locator # 17H111506 <br />6630 Crest, Locator # 17H111890 <br />6600 Crest, Locator # 17H111753 <br />held in trust by the Trustee of St. Louis County, for a fee of $27.00 (Twenty Seven Dollars) per <br />property to cover the Recording Fee. <br />Be Ordained by the Council of the City of University City, Missouri: <br />Section 1. The City Manager of the City of University City, Missouri is hereby authorized to <br />accept real property on behalf of the City from the Trustee of St. Louis County for the purpose of <br />redevelopment and in accordance with the University City Northeast Neighborhood Plan for the <br />building of new single-family residences. <br />Section 2. The real properties are identified as locator number 17H111593 (6649 Bartmer); <br />17H111551 (6637 Bartmer); 17H111506 (6621 Bartmer); 17H111890 (6630 Crest); and <br />17H111753 (6600 Crest) are currently under trusteeship of the Director of Revenue of St. Louis <br />County, Missouri and are required by the City of University City for the following purposes: the <br />redevelopment and in accordance to the University City Northeast Neighborhood Plan for the <br />building of new single-family residences. <br />Section 3. The Director of Finance of the City of University City is hereby authorized and <br />directed to issue payment for $27.00 (Twenty-seven Dollars) per property for a total of $135.00 <br />(One Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars) made payable to the Recorder of Deeds, St. Louis County, to <br />cover the cost of recording the deeds. <br />Page 2 of 9 <br /> <br />
