MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />February 12, 2008 <br />At the Regular Session of the City Council of University City held in the Chambers of the <br />City Hall, on Monday, February 12, 2008, Mayor Adams called the meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. In addition to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Mr. Byron Price <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br /> Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> Mr. Michael Glickert <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Also in attendance was City Manager Julie Feier. <br />D. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />1. January 28, 2008, study session minutes as amended, were moved for approval by <br />Mr. Sharpe, Jr., seconded by Mr. Glickert, and were approved unanimously. <br />2. January 28, 2008, regular session minutes as amended, were moved for approval <br /> by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Sharpe, Jr., and were passed unanimously. <br />3. January 25, 2008, special session minutes as amended, were moved for approval by <br /> Ms. Brot, seconded by Mr. Wagner and were passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Adams asked for a moment of silence so all could reflect on the tragedies this past <br />Thursday in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri. <br />E. APPOINTMENTS <br />F. SWEARING IN <br />Hyla Bondareff was sworn in to the Traffic Commission and Dan Martin was sworn in to <br />the Arts and Letters Commission in the City Clerk’s office previously. <br />G. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />H. CONSENT AGENDA <br />I. CITY MANAGER’S REPORT <br />1. Washington University Parking Lot on Lindell and Forsythe Agreement <br />Washington University offered to allow University City to meter and enforce parking on <br />their lot at Lindell and Forsyth. Council was presented with an agreement between the <br />City and Washington University for a period of five years. <br />Mr. Glickert moved for approval, seconded by Ms. Brot and was approved unanimously. <br />2. Conditional Use Permit Application for Vintage Clothing Retail Establishment at <br />6314 Delmar, called TAG. <br /> <br />
