The amended judgment is final as of February 20, which <br />means the State technically has until March 3 to file an appeal. At the MML Legislative <br />Conference breakfast, Attorney General Jay Nixon said his office will not appeal the <br />decision. Therefore, I am pleased to announce we will not be required to adjust <br />firefighters’ schedules or pay rates to accommodate the discrepancy in State legislation. <br /> <br />Fresh from his acclaimed So-Ho/NYC exhibit, Chicago-based multi-media artist <br />Raymond A.
