Third Ward <br />Council Members will hold a community meeting at Heman Park <br />Community Center on Tuesday, March 11 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. <br /> <br />OACAP is the Older Adult Community Action Program that is based in the Crown <br />Center at 8350 Delcrest Drive in University City, just east of I-170. The OACAP Board is <br />Your Social Security and <br />hosting a session on Wednesday, April 23 meeting entitled " <br />Medicare Matters". <br /> The speakers will be Sharon Byrd, Public Affairs Specialist, for the <br />Social Security Administration St.Louis/Eastern Missouri Area and Shelly Miller, <br />Regional Liaison for Medicare.
