Session 1875 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />April 14, 2003 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the second floor <br />conference room of City Hall on Monday, April 14, 2003, Mayor Joseph L. Adams <br />called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following <br />members of the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt (5:55pm) <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Councilmember Confidentiality <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner wished to discuss the importance of executive session matters being <br />confidential. It was learned that a councilmember may have leaked some <br />confidential information from the last executive session to a city employee. This <br />was very distressing to hear. The rest of the Council agreed that this was a <br />serious matter and appreciated Mr. Wagner reminding Council of their duty. <br /> <br />Appointment: <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt moved the appointment of Cameron Sanders, 7277 Delmar Blvd. <br />#1W, to CALOP for an unexpired term ending September 5, 2005. Mr. Wagner <br />seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Executive Session: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to go into Executive Session immediately at 6:05 in this same <br />room to discuss personnel matters RSMo 610.021 (3). Mr. Lieberman seconded <br />the motion. The roll call vote was as followed: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, <br />Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
