NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Until the lawsuiis are resolved or there is clarifying legislation, University City <br />should collect and retain residential lateral sewer line repair fees in the total <br />amount of twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) for each residential condominium <br />building in University City having six or less "units", as that term is defined by <br />Section 448.010(10) RSMo, with each unit owner to pay the same percentage of <br />the total. Thus, if a condominium building contains four units, each unit owner <br />will pay twenty-five percent (25%) or seven dollars ($7.00). No fee should be <br />collected and retained for condominium buildings having more than six units. <br /> <br />University City is willing to refund any lateral sewer line repair fee paid by a <br />residential condominium property owner for the 2002 tax year to the extent the <br />fee exceeds the amount permitted under paragraph one of this Resolution. <br /> <br /> 3.
