Session 1868 <br />February 10, 2003 <br /> <br />THEREBY AMENDING SAID SECTION SO AS TO PROHIBIT <br />PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON OLIVE BOULEVARD; CONTAINING <br />A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Ms. Colquitt made the motion to adopt which was seconded by. Ms. <br />Welsch. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: AYES - Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, <br />Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, Mayor Adams. NAYS: <br />None <br /> <br />Bill number 8643 passed unanimously and became ordinance <br />number 6412. <br /> <br />EMERGENCY BILL: <br /> <br />A bill was introduced by Mr. Sharpe, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8.12 OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO GARBAGE COLLECTION <br />AND DISPOSAL, BY REPEALING SECTION 8.12.200 THEREOF, <br />RELATING TO THE SCHEDULE OF REFUSE COLLECTION <br />CHARGES, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF A NEW <br />SECTION TO BE KNOWN AS "SECTION 8.12.200 SCHEDULE <br />OF REFUSE COLLECTION CHARGES," THEREBY AMENDING <br />SAID SECTION SO AS TO ESTABLISH A SENIOR RATE <br />EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2003; CONTAINING A SAVINGS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EMERGENCY CLAUSES, AND <br />PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned bill number 8644. <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Sharpe moved adoption.
