Session 1869 <br />February 24, 2003 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8.28 OF THE <br />UNIVERSITY CITY MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE <br />PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE, BY REPEALING SECTION <br />8.28.020 PM-113.0 THEREOF, RELATING TO VACANT <br />BUILDING REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE, AND <br />ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF, A NEW SECTION TO BE KNOWN <br />AS "SECTION 8.28.020 PM -113.0 VACANT BUILDING <br />REGISTRATION AND MAINTENANCE," THEREBY AMENDING <br />SAID SECTION SO AS TO SET THE AMOUNT OF TIME THE <br />CODE OFFICIAL MAY PERMIT A VACANT BUILDING OWNER <br />TO HAVE TO BRING THE PREMISES INTO COMPLIANCE WITH <br />CODE; CONTAINING A SAVINGS CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A <br />PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned the number 8650. <br /> <br />A bill was introduced by Mr. Munkel, entitled: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI RELATING TO THE <br />CONSTRUCTION, ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE OF THE CROSS COUNTY METROLINK <br />SEGMENT I EXTENSION BY THE BI-STATE DEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY OF THE MISSOURI-ILLINOIS METROPOLITAN <br />DISTRICT ("BI-STATE"), AND PROVIDING FOR (1) THE GRANT <br />AND CONVEYANCE OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS TO BI- <br />STATE UNDER, OVER AND ACROSS PORTIONS OF <br />PERSHING AVENUE, WESTMORELAND DRIVE, PRATT <br />AVENUE, FORSYTH BOULEVARD, AN ALLEYWAY IN THE <br />VICINITY OF BIG BEND BOULEVARD, AN ALLEYWAY <br />ADJACENT TO THE FOREST PARK PARKWAY, ANY PORTIONS <br />OF FOREST PARK PARKWAY BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF <br />THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY AND THE <br />WEST LINE OF THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY <br />CITY IN WHICH THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CIYT MAY HOLD AN <br />OWNERSHIP INTEREST, (2) THE GRANT AND CONVEYANCE <br />OF TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENTS TO BI-STATE <br />UNDER, OVER OR ACROSS PORTIONS OF THE ACKERT <br />WALKWAY AND A PEDESTRAIN UNDERPASS EXISTING <br />UNDER PERSHING AVENUE AND THE FOREST PARK <br />PARKWAY, AND (3) THE GRANT AND CONVEYANCE OF A <br />PERMANENT EASEMENT OVER A PORTION OF THE ACKERT <br />WALKWAY PROPERTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its first reading and assigned the number 8651. <br /> <br />]0 <br /> <br /> <br />
