Session 1877 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />April 21, 2003 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, on Monday, April 21, 2003, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel, <br />Mr. Robert Wagner, <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman, <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch, <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sharpe moved to accept the Minutes of the March 31, 2003 special <br />meeting. Mr. Wagner seconded and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The motion to accept the Minutes of the April 7, 2003 regular meeting was offered by <br />Councilmember Wagner, seconded by Ms. Colquitt and carried. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sharpe moved to accept the Minutes of the April 14, 2003 special <br />meeting. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it was unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS/REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />Mr. Lieberman recommended appointing Lynn Ricci, 7833 Gannon to the Plan <br />Commission for a term ending January 1, 2006. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion <br />which was carried unanimously. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />Kay Drey, 515 West Point Avenue, complained about Bi-States' plan to close Forest <br />Park Parkway without providing detour signage or any other re-routing and its effect on <br />University City residents and businesses. <br /> <br /> <br />
