Session 1880 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 3, 2003 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in Room 6, 2nd <br />floor of City Hall on Saturday, May 3, 2003, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the <br />meeting to order at 9:40 a.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of <br />the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Executive Session: <br /> <br />Mr. Munkel moved to go into Executive Session immediately at 8:55 p.m. in this <br />same room to discuss personnel matters (City Manager's goals for 2003-2004) <br />RSMo 610.021 (3). Mr. Sharpe seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as <br />followed: AYES: Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and Mayor Adams.
