Session 1881 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 5, 2003 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, on Monday, May 5, 2003, Mayor Joseph Adams called <br />the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following <br />members of Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />Councilmember Munkel moved to accept the Minutes of the April 21, 2003 <br />special meeting. Mr. Sharpe seconded and the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />The motion to accept the Minutes of the April 21, 2003 regular meeting was <br />offered by Councilmember Wagner, seconded by Mr. Sharpe and carried. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sharpe moved to accept the Minutes of the April 28, 2003 <br />special meeting. Mr. Wagner seconded the motion and it was unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENTS/REAPPOINTMENTS: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams called on Lynn Ricci, 7833 Gannon to come forward. She was <br />administered the oath of office to serve on the Plan Commission by the City <br />Clerk, Leisha Forsythe. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM # 1 -CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />1 ) Exterior Painting - City Hall and Annex Buildings - The City Manager reported <br />that invitations for bids for preparation and painting of exterior wood and metal on <br /> <br /> Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
