Session 1883 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />May 12,2003 <br /> <br />At a special meeting of the City Council of University City held in the E.O.C room <br />of City Hall on Monday, May 12, 2003, Mayor Joseph L. Adams called the <br />meeting to order at 8:55 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of <br />the Council were present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br />Mr. Robert Wagner <br /> <br />Executive Session: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams asked the Council to consider adding a Legal Issue dealing with <br />6901 Bartmer to the Executive Session. Mr. Wagner moved to add this issue <br />and Ms. Colquitt seconded it. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to go into Executive Session immediately at 8:55 p.m. in this <br />same room to discuss personnel and legal matters RSMo 610.021 (3 & 1). Mr. <br />Munkel seconded the motion. The roll call vote was as followed: AYES: Ms. <br />Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Wagner, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. Welsch, Mr. Sharpe and <br />Mayor Adams.
