ATTACHMENT A <br />Conditional Use Permit PC 17-12 Conditions of Approval <br />6315 Delmar Boulevard <br /> <br />\[Except as noted herein below, other codes and regulations of the City of <br />University City shall apply.\] <br /> <br />Department of Community Development <br /> <br />1. PERMITTED USES <br /> <br />The uses permitted by this Conditional Use Permit shall include a two-story food <br />and beverage establishment with ground floor frontage along Delmar Boulevard <br />not exceeding 8,560 gross square feet. <br /> <br />2. HOURS OF OPERATION <br /> <br />The proposed hours of operation of 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. Monday through <br />Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. Thursday and Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 <br />a.m. on Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. on Sunday shall be allowed. Any <br />expansion of the hours of operation shall require written approval from the <br />Department of Community Development. <br /> <br />3. SIGNAGE <br /> <br />A sign permit shall be required prior to the installation of any signage associated <br />with the proposed use. All signage shall comply with the regulations set forth in <br />Article 8 of the Zoning Code. <br /> <br />4. SPEAKERS <br /> <br />Any exterior speakers shall be operated so that the volume of the service <br />speaker as well as noise from patrons shall not be perceptible beyond the <br />property lines of the business. <br /> <br />5. LITTER AND DEBRIS <br /> <br />The operator of the business shall regularly police the site and the area adjacent <br />to the restaurant to remove litter and debris. Trash containers for patron use <br />shall be available on the premises at all times and adequately disposed of by the <br />business.
