Police Overtime Breakdown: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff distributed a listing of how overtime is utilized in the Police <br />Department, per an earlier Councilmember request. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Corrections: <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff noted that $11,000 needed to be added to the Public <br />Relations budget due to several account adjustments and transfers. <br /> <br />Administrative Budget: <br /> <br />The Council agreed to allocate $70,000 to UCRS. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to allocate $57,000 for various Senior Needs, as and <br />if needed. Ms. Welsch and Mr. Sharpe requested that a needs <br />assessment be completed before final allocations are determined. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to hold the $4,000 allotted for Mosquito spraying until <br />the Council had made a decision on the matter. <br /> <br />The Council agreed to allocate funds to move forward with the Oakbrook <br />tree trunk chainsaw art project. <br /> <br />At the point, Mayor Adams noted that it was about time for the regular <br />session to start and asked for a motion to recess this meeting and <br />reconvene directly following the regular session. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved to recess the meeting at 7:26 p.m. Mr. Munkel <br />seconded the motion, which carried forward. <br /> <br />Mayor Adams announced that the meeting was officially recessed at 7:26 <br />p.m. and will be reconvened immediately after the regular session this <br />evening. <br /> <br />Leisha Meine Forsythe <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
