The breakdown was as follows: $1,750.00.00 <br />to BWI, $3,169.75 to St. Charles Sand, and $9,606.00 to Raineri Building <br />Materials for a total cost of $14,525.75. <br /> <br />5) 2003-2004 Annual Order - Asphalt and Asphaltic Products <br /> <br />The City Manager gave Council the bids for furnishing asphalt and asphaltic <br />products for the 2003-2004. Invitations to Bid were sent to eight possible <br />sources with the following responses: <br /> <br />~2NO BID~ <br /> $2,187.50 <br />BID~ <br />cL ee $3,400.00 <br /> <br />* WOMAN OWNED <br /> <br />His recommendation was <br />$3,161.00 to Petroleum: <br />$23,061.00. City Council <br /> <br />to split the award as follows: $2,187.50 to QPR; <br />$17,712.50 to Fred Weber, for a combined total of <br /> <br />6) Bus Services - Summer Play,qround and Teen Activities Proqram <br /> <br />Mr. Ollendorff noted that First Student was the only bidder for providing bus <br />services to the Parks and Recreation 2003 Summer Playground and Teen <br />Activities Programs.
