Need design <br />guidelines? Hard to regulate taste. Architectural Review Board should be considered. <br />Criteria for “At-risk housing” should be clarified. <br />Indicate private streets on maps <br />Foreclosure info should be added <br />How to balance low and moderate income housing? <br />Extend high-speed internet to residential areas? <br />How to maximize proposed land uses in monetary terms? Parkview Gardens neighborhood sustainability plan <br />deferred evaluation of parking and residential density issues to comp plan consultant. <br />Parking and Safety are major issues in the Loop.
