Session 1892 <br /> <br />MINUTES OF THE UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />July 21, 2003 <br /> <br />At a regular meeting of the City Council of University City held in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, on Monday, June 23, 2003, Mayor Joseph Adams called the meeting to <br />order at 7:30 p.m. In addition to the Mayor, the following members of Council were <br />present: <br /> <br />Ms. Cassandra Colquitt <br />Mr. Wayne Munkel <br />Mr. Larry Lieberman <br />Ms. Shelley Welsch <br />Mr. Arthur Sharpe, Jr. <br /> <br />Also present was the City Manager, Mr. Frank Ollendorff. EXCUSED: Mr. Robert <br />Wagner. <br /> <br />MINUTES: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ANNOUNCEMENT: <br /> <br />Mayor Adams offered congratulations to Mr. Lieberman for his recent appointment as <br />Chairperson to the Governor's Commission on Aging. <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM # 1 -CONSENT CALENDAR: <br /> <br />1) University City Loop SBD Annuat Report and Ptan: The University City Loop Spedat <br />Business District Board hereby submits their annuat report and ptan for next year. Mr. <br />Ottendorff recommended that the report be accepted and ptaced on rite. <br /> <br />2) Communication Equipment Annuat Maintenance for Potice, Fire and Centrat Garage: <br />Invitations for bids were issued for subject requirement. The fottowing responses <br />were received: <br /> <br />St. Louis Etectronic ................ $15,438.00 <br />Warner Communications ............ $18,863.40 <br /> <br />Mr. Ottendorff recommended awarding the contract for maintenance service to St. <br />Louis Etectronics for their tow bid of 515,483.00. <br /> <br /> <br />
