<br /> <br />Department of Community Development <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard, University City, Missouri 63130, Phone: (314) 505-8500, Fax: (314) 862-3168 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority <br /> <br />March 29, 2012 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Minutes <br /> <br />Present <br />Land Clearance Redevelopment Authority <br /> <br />Daniel Rayhawk, Chair <br />Daniel Wofsey <br />Robert Frazier <br /> <br />Andrea Riganti, Staff Liaison <br />Ray Lai, Staff Liaison <br />Laura Zacher, Staff Liaison <br /> <br />Paul Martin, City Attorney <br /> <br />Also in attendance was Dave Braswell and Carl Lang, Counsel for Delcrest Apartments, <br />LLC. <br /> <br />The meeting commenced at 6:30 p.m. with Daniel Rayhawk serving as Chair. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Mr. Wofsey and seconded by Mr. Rayhawk to approve the <br />minutes of January 17, 2012. The motion was approved unanimously. <br /> <br />Ms. Riganti introduced the new LCRA member, Robert Frazier. <br /> <br />To receive advice from the LCRA Counsel, Mr. Martin, the LCRA entered into closed <br />session according to MoRS 610.021(1): <br /> <br />(1) Legal actions, causes of action or litigation involving a public governmental <br />body and any confidential or privileged communications between a public <br />governmental body or its representatives and its attorneys. <br /> <br />Roll call: Mr. Rayhawk, Mr. Frazier, and Mr. Wofsey responded affirmatively, the closed <br />session was attended by City staff and City counsel. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
