Please describe milestones achieved during this reporting period: <br />Horticulture activity is seasonal and as such the milestones of this project are driven by the growing season and are <br />stst <br />the most labor intensive during those three fiscally overlapping quarters of the growing season –the 3, 4th, and 1 <br />quarters. <br />Starting the fiscal year on July 1 UCB has maintained the plants installed in the 90 planters duringthe spring of 2016 <br />under the previous year’s funding. <br />Funds have been approved to continue project into the next fiscal year. <br />Tasks completed for the 2ndquarter: <br />UCB staff and volunteersremoved plants and composted the debris.UCB purchased and installed decorative greens <br />and bows on the containers for the holiday season.
