The meeting will <br />be held in the basement of City Hall, EOC room. <br /> <br />Information Technology Assessment <br />The consultant will have the final report to the <br />City in the next few days. City Council will have a Special Council Meeting to discuss <br />the report on Thursday, March 27, 2008 at 5:30 in the Council Chambers. The <br />consultant and staff will present the final report with the opportunity for questions from <br />the Council. This packet includes the previous year’s technology budget, system layout <br />and five-year strategic plan. <br /> <br /> <br />Study Session agenda for March 24 <br />will include the impacts of development on the <br />City’s budget, as well as the service reduction goal options to balance the FY ’09 and <br />’10 Budgets. Please find the study session agenda attached, as well as the council and <br />executive session agendas. I also included the Park Commission’s February packet <br />regarding fees for service and cost recovery targets as background to the fees and <br />charges consent agenda item on your March 24 consent calendar. <br /> <br />March 26,Candidate Forum <br />On the League of Women Voters is hosting its annual for <br />the April 8, 2008 election. Candidates for City Council and for the University City School <br />Board will be on hand to answer all questions in order to educate voters. It will be held <br />at 7:15 PM at the U. City Library, 6701 Delmar.
