Ms. Welsch commented that it was <br />"appearing to disallow the will of the people of this state." Mr. Ollendorff commended the <br />Mayor and the City Council for taking action to introduce these bills this evening, adding <br />that he is not in favor of guns, especially where he lives and works, and is pleased they <br />are taking action to protect him, University City employees and citizens to the maximum <br />amount allowed by the law. <br /> <br />Page 11 <br /> <br /> <br />
