The roll call <br />vote was as follows: AYES- Ms. Colquitt, Mr. Munkel, Mr. Lieberman, Ms. <br />Welsch, Mr. Sharpe, and Mayor Adams. NAYS-none. Bill Number 8679 was <br />passed unanimously and became Ordinance Number 6447. <br /> <br />BILL NO. 8680 - AMENDING CHAPTER 34 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY CITY, RELATING TO ZONING, BY REPEALING <br />SECTION 34-30.5 (2) AND 34-30.5 (3) THEREOF RELATING TO BUILDING <br />HEIGHT AND SETBACK REGULATIONS IN SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICTS, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF NEW SECTIONS TO BE <br />KNOWN AS "SECTION 34-30.5 (2) AND 34-30.5 (3)," BY AMENDING SAID <br />SECTIONS SO AS TO OUTLINE SETBACK AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS <br />THAT APPLY TO SINGLE-FAMILY DWELLINGS; CONTAINING A SAVINGS <br />CLAUSE AND PROVIDING A PENALTY. <br /> <br />The bill was given its second reading. <br />The bill was given its third reading. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner moved approval, and Mr. Munkel seconded the motion.
