Syracuse Avenue: From Clemens Avenue to Enright Avenue, traffic shall move in <br />a southbound direction only. <br />Waldron Avenue: From Carlyle Avenue to Canton Avenue, traffic shall move in a <br />northbound direction only. <br />Warder Avenue: From Delmar Boulevard to the southern city limits, traffic shall <br />move in a southbound direction only. <br />West Canterbury Drive: From LePere Road to Delmar Boulevard, traffic shall move <br />in a southbound direction only. <br />Westgate Avenue: From Delmar Boulevard south to the Parkview Subdivision line, <br />traffic shall move in a southbound direction only. <br />Westgate Avenue to Melville Avenue Alley: In the alley two hundred (200) feet <br />south of Delmar Boulevard, traffic shall move in a westbound direction only. (Ord. <br />6383 § 1, 2002) <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.36, <br />Section 10.36.030, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter <br />1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
