Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br />On the south side thereof for a distance of two hundred thirty-five (235) feet eastward, <br />more or less, from the east line of Hanley Road, between the hours of nine a.m. and <br />eleven a.m., except Saturday, Sunday and holidays. <br />VernonAvenue: <br /> On the north side thereof from a point five hundred (500) feet west of <br />Ferguson to 66th Street, between the hours of four p.m. and six p.m. on every day of <br />the week except Sunday and holidays. <br />WashingtonAvenue: <br /> On the north side thereof on Wednesday only and on the south <br />side thereof on Monday only, from Trinity Avenue to Melville Avenue, between the hours <br />of nine a.m. and twelve noon. <br />WestgateAvenue: <br /> On the east side thereof on Wednesday only and on the west <br />thereof on Monday only, from Delmar Boulevard to Olive Boulevard, between the hours <br />of nine a.m. and twelve noon. <br />WestmorelandDrive: <br /> On both sides from Big Bend Boulevard to the west property line <br />of 7106 and 7117 Westmoreland Drive except adjacent to 7042 Westmoreland between <br />the hours of ten a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday <br />and holidays. <br />WestPointCourt: <br /> On both sides thereof from University Drive to Pershing Avenue <br />between the hours of nine a.m. and eleven a.m. on every day of the week except <br />Saturday and Sunday. <br />Williams Avenue: <br /> On both sides thereof from Maryland Avenue to Millbrook Boulevard <br />between the hours of ten a.m. and two p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, <br />Sunday and holidays. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or <br />corporation from any penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, <br />Section 10.44.020, nor bar the prosecution for any such violation. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter <br />1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
