INTRODUCED BY: __________ DATE: __________ <br />BILL NO. __________ ORDINANCE NO.__________ <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND TO BE KNOWN AS BLACKBERRY TERRACE SECOND <br />ß <br />ADDITION B-3 CONSOLIDATION AND PARK RIDGE CONDOMINIUMS <br />àßà <br />AND LOCATED AT 962 - 988 WARDER (EVEN) AND 7729 - 7741 WILD <br />PLUM (ODD). <br />WHEREAS, on March 5, 2008, Larimore Group, LLC, represented by attorney Jonathan <br />P. Beck submitted for approval a final subdivision plat of a tract of land to be known as <br />Blackberry Terrace Second Addition B-3 Consolidation and Park Ridge Condominiums <br />ßàßà <br />located at 962 - 988 Warder (Even) And 7729 - 7741 Wild Plum (Odd), University City, <br />Missouri; and <br />WHEREAS, said final subdivision plat consolidates the existing 6 lots there into one lot <br />and creates 24 condominium forms of ownership, a minor subdivision within the meaning in <br />Section 16-12-020 of the University City Municipal Code; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting on March 26, 2008, the University City Plan Commission <br />reviewed the final subdivision plat, determined that the final plat is in substantial compliance <br />with the requirements of the University City Municipal Code and recommended to the City <br />Council of University City approval of the final plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the final subdivision plat application, including all required documents and <br />information submitted therewith, is before the City Council for its consideration. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Attached, marked Exhibit A and made a part hereof is a final subdivision <br />ßà <br />plat of a tract of land to be known as Blackberry Terrace Second Addition B-3 Consolidation <br />ßà <br />andPark Ridge Condominiums and located at 962 - 988 Warder (Even) And 7729 - 7741 Wild <br />ßà <br />Plum (Odd), University City, St. Louis County, Missouri. The final subdivision plat <br />consolidates the existing 6 lots there into one lot and creates 24 condominium forms of <br />ownership. <br />Section 2.
