<br />Effective January 1, 2003, Missouri law requires municipalities in St. Louis County, including the City, to
<br />establish tax levies for each subclass of real property, individually, and personal property, in the aggregate.
<br />For 2004, the break down in the City's tax levy will provide an equivalent amount of tax revenue as levied in
<br />2003.
