<br /> <br />MINUTES OF UNIVERSITY CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL SESSION <br />March 6, 2008 <br /> <br /> <br />The Council Special Session, held in the conference room, second floor, of the City Hall, <br />on Thursday, March 6, 2008, was called to order by Mayor Adams at 5:30 p.m. In addition <br />to Mayor Adams, the following members of the Council were present: <br /> Ms. Stefany Brot <br /> Ms. Lynn Ricci <br />Also present was the Director of Finance/Deputy City Manager Janet Watson. <br /> <br />The Study Session agenda was for the purpose to introduce the consultant from FPOV, <br />who would discuss how he planned on reviewing and assessing the Information <br />Technology of University City. <br /> <br />A quorum was not present, therefore was not an official Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Joyce Pumm, City Clerk <br /> <br />
