BILL 8982 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section <br />10.36.030 thereof, relating to designating one-way street traffic, and enacting in <br />lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 1.36.030 one-way streets <br />designated,” thereby amending said section so as designation of Lindell <br />Boulevard to be one-way street westbound from Asbury Ave. to a point 120 feet <br />south curb line of Forsyth Blvd. only; containing a saving clause and providing a <br />penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Sharpe, Jr. <br />2. BILL 8983 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific parking prohibited on <br />certain streets during designated hours and enacting in lieu thereof a new section <br />to be known as “Section 10.44.020 parking prohibited on certain streets during <br />designated hours,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking on <br />the south-west corner of Balson and Jackson, for a distance of 150 feet to the <br />west, from 7 A.M. to 4 P.M. on school days only, except for a period of 15 <br />minutes for pick-up/drop-off passengers; containing a saving clause and <br /> <br />providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Introduced by Mr. Wagner <br />3.
