March 13, 2008 <br />Ms. Joyce Pumm, City Clerk Re: Blighting Analyses and Redevelopment Plans for <br />City of University City Olive Boulevard and Midland Boulevard and <br />6801 Delmar Boulevard Olive Boulevard and North and South Road <br />University City, MO 63130 <br />Dear Ms. Pumm: <br /> At its regular meeting on February 27, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operations <br />Center of City Hall, 6801 Delmar Boulevard, the City Plan Commission conducted a hearing on <br />the blighting analyses and redevelopment plans for Olive and Midland boulevards and Olive <br />Boulevard and North and South Road in accordance with RS Mo Sections 99.300 to 99.600 – <br />Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority Law. <br /> The Plan Commission determined that the blighting analysis and redevelopment plan for <br />Olive and Midland boulevards are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Update of 2005. A <br />motion was made by Mr. Senturia, seconded by Mr. Miller and passed by a vote of 6 to 0 that the <br />analysis and plan be recommended for approval. <br /> The Plan Commission determined that the blighting analysis and redevelopment plan for <br />Olive Boulevard and North and South Road are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Update <br />of 2005.
