Each year the Human Resources Director compares the <br />City’s salary ranges to other cities to determine if we are maintaining comparability with <br />other cities. Last year the Paramedic Fire Captains’ salary range was slightly behind those <br />of comparable cities and it was determined that an increase over two years would assist us <br />in meeting our competitive pay goals for this classification. Therefore an additional 2.5% is <br />included in the Paramedic Fire Captain’s salary range this year. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approval <br /> <br />
