BILL 8982 — <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City <br />Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing <br />Section 10.36.030 thereof, relating to designating one-way street traffic, and <br />enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 1.36.030 one- <br />way streets designated,” thereby amending said section so as designation of <br />Lindell Boulevard to be one-way street westbound from Asbury Ave. to a point <br />120 feet south curb line of Forsyth Blvd. only; containing a saving clause and <br />providing a penalty. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner explained that the Traffic Commission was not able to discuss <br />this bill due to a lack of a quorum and asked that this bill be withdrawn and <br />was seconded by Mr. Price.
