classification of property of the portion of the lot as follows that is located within the city limits of <br />University City at 7384 Forsyth (a.k.a. 7440 Forsyth, General Commercial District ("GC") to <br />Planned Development - Mixed Use District ("PD-M"). The following land uses and <br />developments may be permitted in said PD-M district, subject to approval of a final development <br />plan: The specific uses of Dwellings, elevator apartment and Retail and Commercial uses <br />ûüûü <br />are designated as permitted uses. <br />Section 2.
