BILL 8996 - 2. An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.020 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 1044.020 parking prohibited on certain streets during designated hours,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking on the north side of Forsyth Blvd., thereof from the east line of Lindell Blvd. to a point 22 feet east between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. and from a point 173 ft. of the west line of Lindell Blvd. to a point 46 ft to the west thereof, between the hours of 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays just allowing parking for 15 minutes for delivery zone; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. BILL 8997 - 3. An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions on specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.030 thereof, relating to two-hour parking zones, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.030 two-hour parking zones,” thereby amending said section so as to restrict parking to a period of time of two hours in Forsyth Blvd. on the north side on every day of the week except Saturday, Sunday and holidays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. thereof from a point 22 ft of the east line of Lindell Blvd. to a point 36 ft east thereof; and between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. thereof from a point 75 ft of the west line of Lindell Blvd. to a point 98 ft to the west. Also amending Lindell Blvd. on the west side thereof between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday from a point 120 ft of the north line of Forsyth Blvd. to a point 50 ft northwardly; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. BILL 8998 – 4.An ordinance amending Chapter 10.44 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking restrictions for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.44.010 thereof, relating to parking prohibited on certain streets at all times, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.44.010 parking prohibited on certain streets at all times,” thereby amending said section so as to prohibit parking at all times on the north side of Forsyth Blvd. thereof from the west line of Lindell Blvd. to the western city limits to the west, except for a distance of 144 feet starting at 75 feet from the west line of Lindell Blvd. to the west; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. BILL 8999 – 5.An ordinance amending Chapter 10.36 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to regulations for specific streets, by repealing Section 10.36.030 thereof, relating to designating one-way street traffic, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.36.030 one-way streets designated,” thereby amending said section so as designation of Lindell Blvd. to be one-way street westbound from Asbury Ave. to a point 120 feet north of north curb line of Forsyth Blvd. only; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty. BILL 9000 – 6.An ordinance amending Chapter 10.48 of the University City Municipal Code, relating to parking meters, by repealing Section 10yy.48.30 thereof, relating to parking meter zones – designated, and enacting in lieu thereof a new section to be known as “Section 10.48.30 parking meter zones – designated,” thereby amending said section so as to Zone B to include specific portions of Forsyth Blvd. and the parking lot located at the north-west corner of Lindell Blvd. and Forsyth Blvd; containing a saving clause and providing a penalty.
