G. Between eight a.m. and four p.m. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as <br />places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of time of two hours every day except <br />Saturday, Sunday and holidays: <br />Forsyth Blvd: On the north side thereof from a point seventy-five (75) feet of the west line of Lindell <br />Boulevard to a point ninety-eight (98) feet to the west thereof. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any <br />penalty heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.030, nor bar the prosecution <br />for any such violation. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon <br />conviction thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University <br />City Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
