Mr. Wagner urged the City Manager to <br />make some progress with the issues Mr. Flasburg addressed to the Council for the <br />second time. He asked to see a written report to Council and Mr. Flasburg of the <br />progress made between the police department and Mr. Flasburg. <br />Mayor Adams asked the City Manager to send out in her weekly report, a benefit <br />being held for victims’ families of Kirkwood City Hall shootings. It will be at the <br />Lodge in the City of DesPeres, September 27.
