The <br />proposeed Kingsland Place is tthe approximate 2 acre land areaa located att the southeeast <br />corneroof Vernon and Kingslannd. The City of University City iss soliciting pproposals frrom <br />qualifiedd developerrs for the reedevelopmeent of a mullti-parcel arrea boundeed on the noorth <br />by Vernoon Street, oon the westt by Kingslaand Avenuee, on the soouth by Mettcalfe Park and <br />on the eeast by the wwestern lot line of 66446 Vernon AAvenue (thee “Redeveloopment Areea”). <br />The Reddevelopmennt Area inclludes 6668 Vernon Avvenue, 852--58 Kingslaand Avenuee and <br />844 Kinggsland Avenue.
