If any other use (such as a restaurant) is proposed, the floor area and <br />usage of the unit shall be adjusted so as to require no more parking than would be required <br />for that unit if it was used as a retail store with storage of the proposed size under this <br />application. <br />9.Building mechanical and electrical equipment should be screened per Sections 34-60.3 of <br />the Zoning Code. Trash receptacle containers should be screened per Section 34-60.4 of <br />the Zoning Code.
