C. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is <br />restricted to a period of one hour between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. on any day within the <br />meaning of this title: <br />Coolidge Avenue: Both sides thereof, between Olive Boulevard and the alley north thereof. <br />Grant Drive: East side thereof, from Olive Boulevard to the alley. <br />Lindell Boulevard: East side thereof, from the north line of Forsyth Boulevard to a point one hundred <br />twenty-five (125) feet north and east thereof. <br />D. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is <br />restricted to a period of one hour between the hours of eight a.m. and five p.m. on every day of the <br />week except Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: <br />Linden Avenue: East side thereof, from Pershing Boulevard to the south city limits. <br />E. The parts of parking lot #4, south of a line one hundred twenty (120) feet south of Loop North to a <br />line one hundred fifty-eight (158) feet south of Loop North and from a line three hundred two (302) <br />feet west of Leland to a line four hundred ninety-seven (497) feet west of Leland, are designated as <br />places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to a period of one hour between the hours of six <br />a.m. and six p.m. on every day of the week except Sunday and holidays. <br />F. The following streets or parts of streets are designated as places where the parking of vehicles is <br />restricted to a period of one hour between the hours of nine a.m. and five p.m. on any day within the <br />meaning of this title: <br />Midland Boulevard: West side thereof, between Delmar Boulevard and Princeton Avenue. <br />G. The following ALLEY is designated as places where the parking of vehicles is restricted to <br />a period of one hour between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. on every day of the week <br />except Sunday, and holidays: <br />Crixdale alley: South side thereof, from <br />a point 580 feet from Coolidge drive for a distance of <br />175 feet to the west. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall not be construed so as to relieve any person, firm or corporation from any penalty <br />heretofore incurred by the violation of Chapter 10.44, Section 10.44.040, nor bar the prosecution for any such <br />violation. <br />Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall, upon conviction <br />thereof, be subject to the penalty provided in Chapter 1.12, section 1.12.010 of the University City Municipal Code. <br />Section 4.
