7. The City Manager is further authorized to open and maintain a securities <br />account, in the name of the City of University City, with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, <br />Incorporated, or such other securities company as the City Manager may select, to sell, <br />assign and endorse for transfer the certificates of stock.
