PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. <br />An ordinance adopting “ Olive Boulevard design Guidelines” for all new <br />development and any substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard within <br />the city limits. <br />2. <br />An ordinance amending Chapter 34 of the University City Municipal Code, <br />relating to zoning, by enacting therein new sections to be known as 34-30.6(4) <br />“other development standards” in the “SR” – single family res. District]; 34- <br />31.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the “LR” –“Limited Res. District; 34- <br />32.6(4) “Other Development Standards” in the “MR” – Medium Density Res. <br />District; 34-33.6(9) “Other Development Standards” in the “HR” – High Density <br />Res. District; 34-34.6(11) “Other Development Standards” in the “HRO” – High <br />Density Res./Office District; 34-35.6(13) “Other Development Standards” in the <br />“LC” – Limited Commercial District; 34-36.6(14) “Other Development <br />Standards” in the “GC” – General Commercial District; 34-37.6(14) “Other <br />Development Standards” in the “CC” – Core Commercial District; 34-38.6(14) <br />“other Development Standards” in the “IC” – Industrial Commercial District; 34- <br />39.6(11) “Other Development Standards” in the “PA” – Public Activity District; <br />34-40.8(14) “Other Development Standards” in the “PD” – Planned <br />Development District; and 34-88.3(3) “District Standards” in the Olive <br />Boulevard Historic District”; thereby amending said chapter so as to add <br />provisions on the Olive Boulevard Design Guidelines for new development and <br />substantial redevelopment along Olive Boulevard; containing a savings clause <br />and providing a penalty. <br /> <br />
