Please be prepared to discuss how we can <br />transform our goals and actions items to begin to fit into that scheme. Also think about <br />how we will prioritize the goals/actions items in time and by categories: individual <br />(citizens)/businesses and organizations/ and the City. <br /> <br />While we await receipt of the software to do the baseline inventory from ICLEI, think <br />about what one or two things we as a City can do right now to get us going. <br /> <br />Meeting Agenda <br /> <br /> <br />1.Review the ICLEI STAR Community Index information. (15 minutes: 6:30 to <br />6:45 pm) <br /> <br />2.Review the goals and action items to possibly re-categorize into three categories <br />of Environment-Economy-Society (as we discussed as part of Mission and <br />coincidentally is the format of the STAR Index) and by relevant group Citizens- <br />Businesses/Organizations-City Government. (45 minutes: 6:45 to 7:30) <br /> <br />3.Discuss prioritization of Goals/Action Items. (15 minutes: 7:30 to 7:45) <br /> <br />4.Decide on one or two actions that can be taken in this first year, which may <br />include doing the baseline inventory. This aspect must be discussed further in <br />terms of who will do the inventory and at what cost. (10 minutes:7:45 to 7:55) <br /> <br />5.Set to do list for February Meeting (5 minutes: 7:55 to 8:00-Adjourn) <br /> <br />
